The park needs a defining feature at the entrance way to entice people into the park and help animate the space. With funding from the Ontario Arts Council, a team of blacksmiths led by Master Blacksmith Sandra Dunn began the forging of a magnificent arbour/archway to span the walkway between the two gardens.
Thanks to generous support from the community, Botanicus Art Ensemble has raised enough funding to complete the Archway. Installation of the Archway is currently targeted for summer 2021.
